We will send you confirmation photos of the finished work, and upon your approval, you can purchase the final payment listing. ◌ Changes to facial expressions or poses cannot be made one month prior to the start of production. Therefore, please confirm all details carefully. Any special requests must be made at the beginning of the process. ◌ For full-body custom orders, please provide photos from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom. Photos should be taken in natural light without filters to avoid color discrepancies. Providing more photos is always helpful for reference during the creation process. ◌ If insufficient photos are available, we can consider creating a framed piece, which only requires a front-facing photo. If you still prefer a full-body replica, please message us to discuss. We can adapt to different situations. ◌ During the creation process, we may need to clarify unclear details with you. Please ensure you remain available for communication. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished product from various angles for your confirmation. You can request modifications to patterns or fine details, and we will adjust them accordingly. However, we cannot alter the fur color or eye color, as slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions. ◌ Free repairs are limited to 5 times. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Once confirmed and packed, the item will be shipped. (We will confirm with you before sealing the package, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted after shipping.) ■ Specifications: ◌ Full body hamster replica: Approximately 10cm in length (nose to tail base). ◌ For custom sizes other than the standard dimensions, such as a 1:1 scale, please provide the straight-line distance from nose to tail base (excluding the tail) for a quote. ■ Other Information: ⌑ For full-body creations, you can provide your pet's fur, ashes, or whiskers. The fur or ashes will be incorporated into the body during the creation process. (Small colored glass bottles are also available for purchase.) If you wish to embed real fur onto the surface of the piece, we have methods to handle different hair types; please message us for details. Whiskers can be implanted onto the face of the creation. ⌑ We dedicate our full effort to each pet replica, which requires significant time. The creation process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity. We kindly ask for your patience to ensure the highest quality. ⌑ As this is a labor of love, cancellations or refunds are not possible once production has begun. ⌑ As each piece is purely handmade, it may not be a 100% perfect replica of the original. There will be a certain degree of difference. You can refer to our past works for our style. Please place your order only if you accept this. ⌑ The actual size may vary by +-1-2cm. Minor color and size discrepancies are inherent in handmade items. If you are a perfectionist regarding product quality, please refrain from ordering. We appreciate your understanding. ⌑ If stray hairs or pilling occur on the surface due to friction, they can be trimmed with small scissors. This will not affect the appearance of the wool felt fabric. Please avoid friction, pulling, and keep it away from your pet. ⌑ Photos of completed works will be publicly displayed on our personal fan page, Instagram, and other platforms. ⌑ The wooden display stands and dried flowers shown in the display photos are not included with the product. ⌑ Optional add-ons are available for an additional charge: collars with engraved name tags, glass domes, or acrylic boxes with dried floral arrangements.
