This artful process, developed by Kevin Kugel, allows us to subtly blend our high-quality tea with the fine chocolate from ORIGINAL BEANS while preserving the perfect balance of flavors. Following a complex procedure, the tea is gently extracted into liquid cocoa butter. Master Chocolatier Kevin Kugel refines this creamy milk chocolate with the fragrant bergamot of our GOLDEN EARL black tea for us.
