・Transportation: MRT Red Line "Aozihdi Station" Exit 3. Walk straight along Bo'ai 2nd Road for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch" on the opposite side. The entrance to the workshop is next to "MU MARS Maker Space." Go straight to the end of the hallway and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Failure to complete payment after placing an order will be considered an incomplete registration. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Orders without payment will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days prior to the class commencement date, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days prior to the class commencement date, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day prior to the class commencement date, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to notify us will be considered a forfeiture of the rescheduled session. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
・For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accommodated due to the pre-arranged materials and venue setup. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
・To ensure fairness for other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including name and account number. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Non-ticket holders may not accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or in special circumstances where parent-child participation is approved. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire about such cases.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6, two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid lateness.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or future recruitment advertisements.
・If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
