If no preference is noted, the artisan will select a complementary combination. All candles are crafted with natural soy wax and imported fragrance oils. Our fragrance oils are IFRA certified, making them safe for pregnant women, children, and pets. · Production begins after your order is placed. Shipping typically takes 4-10 business days, processed in order of receipt. · As each piece is hand-colored, slight variations may occur in the final product. (Colors may also appear slightly different on various phone screens.) · Our candles are made with natural and eco-friendly wax. Surface frosting, color variations, minor air bubbles, and uneven surfaces are normal characteristics and do not indicate a defect. Please consider this before purchasing if you are a perfectionist. · Orders totaling less than $150 (excluding shipping) will not be processed. · If you require separate packaging, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, all items will be packaged together. · When burning pillar candles directly, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch the melted wax. · For products featuring a "cream" element, some color bleeding is normal and expected. · Candles are fragile items.
