1. On-site seats are limited, and we will not be able to accompany you to the class.

ΔCancel and change
Cancellation method:
If canceled 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded.
If canceled within 6 days to 4 days before departure date (excluding departure date), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
No cancellations will be accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day, and no refund will be given.
No refund will be given if participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer.
It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before the departure date, you can transfer your place. But please be sure to inform Pinkoi designers, agent participants’ names and contact information.
If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Pinkoi will proactively contact us for an extension or refund.
How to change the date:
The date can be changed from 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). However, the change can only be made once and only for events under the same organizer.
If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded and the shortfall will be compensated.
No cancellations will be accepted for rescheduled events.
Date changes are not accepted between 3 days before the departure date and the same day.
It is recommended that you transfer your spot if you need to reschedule within 3 days before departure. But please be sure to inform Pinkoi, the name and contact information of the agent participant.
