This is taking a while to arrive, but Stone Coffee's meticulous craftsmanship is truly paying off this year XD. Fortunately, the bean quality remains outstanding! After observing Ethiopian honey-processed coffees for several years, I've come to see them as synonymous with stone fruit flavors. Washed process typically brings citrus, tea, and white floral notes; natural process offers floral and berry characteristics. Following this logic, what would you associate with wine-like notes?
