It is recommended to allow some buffer time for delivery. 2. The recipient's information will not be displayed on the gift delivery. Please include sender details in the order notes if required. 3. Greeting cards can be added. Please specify the card's purpose in the notes (e.g., Birthday Card / Christmas Card). 4. Deliveries are packaged in standard eco-friendly kraft paper boxes for protection. A premium gift bag can be purchased separately; special gift box packaging is not available. 5. All items are made-to-order. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends) after payment is confirmed. For urgent orders or bulk purchases, please contact us by phone. 6. Preserved flowers (and dried flowers) are natural botanicals that have undergone processing. They may not be perfectly symmetrical or flawless. Minor shedding during transit is possible and does not affect the overall aesthetic or usability; such instances are not considered defects. This is a normal characteristic of the product. Please consider carefully if you are seeking absolute perfection. 7. Each floral arrangement is handcrafted. The final product may not be identical to the photo. If a specific flower is unavailable, our designer will substitute it with a similar color and style (substitutions will not be notified in advance to avoid delaying your gift delivery). - Care Instructions - 1. Avoid direct sunlight and humid environments. If the flowers become damp, gently dry them with the cool setting on a hairdryer or use a dehumidifier. Direct sunlight can cause irreversible color fading. 2. To remove dust, gently brush the petals with a soft brush or use a blower to gently puff away dust. 3. Preserved flowers, when cared for properly, can last 1-2 years.
