Unlike seemingly flawless PU leather or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations and scratches may occur. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to perfect machine-made items but possesses a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is a **custom order**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when ordering. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and "embossed text" left blank. As each order is **customized**, it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "custom products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/too tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
