Computer screen displays can also cause color differences. The actual product color will prevail. If you are concerned, please message us first. ◌ During production, we will make every effort to avoid areas with veins, insect marks, or branding. Leather, like skin, has natural patterns and is not considered a defect. ◌ Please note that custom orders, unless defective, cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment. Please read the notes carefully before placing an order. ✷ Care Instructions ◌ The natural oils from your skin act as a conditioner for leather. Frequent use is the best way to care for it. ◌ When using other conditioners (e.g., shoe polish), we recommend applying a small amount to a scrap piece first and letting it sit for a while to test its compatibility with the leather. ◌ Leather and water do not mix. If it gets wet, gently blot it dry with a clean cotton cloth and air dry it in a well-ventilated area. Do not use a hairdryer or expose it to direct sunlight to prevent deformation or damage. ◌ Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause tanning marks and discoloration, which are normal phenomena. ◌ Store leather items in a cool, ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and hot, stuffy environments.
