Please do not add extra looseness or tightness yourself. Due to handmade nature, the bracelet will be crafted for a suitable fit, generally with about 1cm of flexibility. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please note this in your order. ❤️ ●● Cords are consumables and will naturally loosen or fray over time with wear. Regular cord replacement is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● The warranty is valid for 1 month. If the bracelet experiences issues like thread loosening or breakage during wear, the cord will be replaced free of charge (you will only need to cover round-trip shipping costs). ● If the cord becomes worn after prolonged wear and you wish to replace it, a service fee of $100 TWD plus round-trip shipping costs will apply. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and service fee of $200 TWD plus round-trip shipping costs will apply (replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design). Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may exhibit internal ice cracks, fissures, cotton-like inclusions, mineral defects, or symbiotic minerals, which are normal occurrences. ● All product images are of the actual items. Due to variations in computer monitors, lighting, and angles, please refer to the physical product for accuracy. ● Due to different measurement methods, there may be a 1-2 cm error margin, which is unavoidable and considered normal. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle it gently, avoid forceful pulling, and prevent collisions. ● It is best to avoid wearing jewelry while showering or immersing it in water. Please remove crystal accessories before engaging in activities like sports or swimming to prevent damage from chemical agents to accessories and crystals. ● Precious metal components may oxidize and darken over time with exposure to air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, or sweat; this is a normal reaction. ● The K gold accessories used offer excellent color retention. When wearing, try to avoid scratching the surface. With proper care, the color can last for several months or even longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● The cord loop on crystal bracelets may occasionally become visible due to handling or pulling. Simply arrange the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
