Each piece is handcrafted, resulting in slight variations in dimensions. Differences in clay color and glaze appearance may also occur due to kiln atmosphere and temperature fluctuations. We advise against using ceramicware in electric cookers, microwave ovens, conventional ovens, or over direct flames. Avoid sudden temperature changes (extreme heat or cold) to prevent cracking or damage, unless the item is made from heat-resistant clay (like sand pots). 2. For tableware, please wash and clean any surface residues before the first use. Use a soft sponge or a non-abrasive scrub pad with a mild dish soap for cleaning. Avoid using steel wool or other rough materials that could scratch the surface. Afterwards, wipe with a dry cloth and allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent mold. 3. The server can be used for hot water and food. The glaze surface may develop fine cracks over time with exposure to heat and cooling, which is a normal occurrence. Each use will imbue the ceramic with the traces of your life, gradually deepening its color and enhancing its tactile quality, reflecting your daily experiences. 4. Matte glazes may show tea stains or marks from dark-colored foods more readily than glossy glazes. Crazed areas in the glaze can also accumulate tea or coffee residues, serving as a record of use.
