Our kumquat fruit jam is made of Taiwan local ripened kumquat fruit, which has unique aroma and is harvested only once a year. Kumquat fruit and its skin riches in vitamin A, vitamin C and flavonoids, and is one of few citrus fruits that can be enjoyed with skin. Vitamin C can prevent getting cold, and flavonoids help to prevent inflammation and good for blood vessel. In fact, one kumquat fruit has 4 times vitamin A higher than apple, 7 times of vitamin C higher than apple, and also 10 times of calcium higher than apple. By slowly cooked kumquat with its skin, we sealed the aroma of kumquat fruit, and after adding hot water, the aroma of kumquat will be released.
Usage: 30g of kumquat fruit jam for 300g of hot/cold water. Or may add our kumquat fruit jam in black tea, or smear on toast, or cook with meat, or add some to enhance cake taste.
