With a ring of yellowish-white stripes around the outer edge of its head, its face forms a distinct heart shape. At first glance, it closely resembles a monkey's face, earning it the nickname "monkey-faced owl." Among the known owl species in Taiwan, it is the only one that does not inhabit forests, preferring the grasslands of foothills and hills. The decorative stone is Sunstone. The total length when worn is approximately 5.5cm. The post is made of 925 silver. The bird ornament is translucent.
