Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These marks are not defects. During processing, shipping, and crafting, the leather may also acquire minor indentations or scratches. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, we consider these within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for major imperfections. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Every step is completed by hand. While the finished product may not be as perfect as machine-produced items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, deepen in color, and gain a lustrous sheen, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to you. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely captivating. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is made to order as a **"customized item."** Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching" color chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have a 7-day appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
