・If you register the day before or on the day of the workshop, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before registering. ・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-workshop notifications will be sent. ・Orders that are placed but not checked out will be considered incomplete registrations. Once a session is full, no further registrations will be accepted, and orders without checkout will not be added to the participant list. ・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows: ・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed based on the following: A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the workshop start date, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded. B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the workshop start date, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded. C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the workshop start date, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded. ・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. If you do not specify a new session, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund. ・On the day of the workshop, as materials and venue arrangements have been completed, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture. ・To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture. ・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name and number. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. ・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event. ・Only registered participants are allowed to attend. Unregistered individuals may not accompany participants or join the workshop, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or if a special case requires parent-child participation. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions. ・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. ・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late. ・Food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop space. ・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. ・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund. ・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities. ・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
