This coarse red clay allows you to enjoy the rough texture and warmth that is unique to ceramic clay. A new, rich light blue glaze with subtle nuances I created a rice bowl that combines these two elements. This is a large rice bowl with a wide mouth and width. The diameter is about 15cm, and depending on the ingredients, it can also be used as a small bowl. It also holds up well with moist rice dishes such as rice with raw egg on top and rice porridge. The light blue color goes well with white and yellow, and is recommended for dishes such as chestnut rice and sweet potato rice. I use a small electric kiln and an electric potter's wheel at home to make my pottery, and I do all of the processes by hand, from kneading the clay to shaping, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing. It is a little heavy to hold, but that makes it feel like pottery. Although we cannot mass-produce them, each one has its own unique expression, and you can enjoy the flavor that comes from being made by hand. Using various glazes and clays, I create a wide variety of pottery in different colors and shapes, searching for the best combinations.
