This artful process developed by Kevin Kugel allows us to subtly blend our high-quality tea with the fine chocolate from ORIGINAL BEANS while preserving the perfect balance of flavors. Following a complex procedure, the tea is gently extracted into liquid cocoa butter. The Master Chocolatier Kevin Kugel refines for us this creamy milk chocolate with warmly spiced Indian chai tea.
