Registration will only be successful after receiving our notification. Registration Process 1. Order/Registration *Seats are limited, and all courses are by reservation. Please place an order on Pinkoi to make a reservation (reservation is required 3 days in advance). *The organizer will contact you within 3 days after placing the order to confirm the reservation content. If you don't receive a reply, please send a letter to the organizer to notify you. Please pay attention to the Pinkoi website email or phone number (02-2552-8081). *Our store only has 2 blanking machines. If two or more people want to experience it together, the class will be held on a rotating basis. 2. Confirm whether the course starts successfully 〇The organizer will notify you 3 days before the class day whether classes will start. ✖ If the time slot is full or the class has not started, the class time will be notified separately. 3. Take courses ★Please note★ The class fee for this course does not include the kiln firing fee. If you need to kiln your work, you can ask the teacher to calculate it (see the above announcement for details on the charging method). An additional fee is required. You must pay cash on site on the day of class. *Admission opens 10 minutes before class starts, please check in on the 1st floor. *In order for the course to proceed smoothly, please do not be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted, and refunds and make-up classes will not be possible. *This course cannot be shared by 2 people. *For ease of operation, remember to trim your nails before class to avoid clay getting stuck in the gaps between your nails. *Students with long hair can also tie their hair up before class to facilitate classroom operations. *In order to protect the rights and interests of paying students and maintain the quality of the class, each student must register for the course before entering. Accompanying persons who have not participated in the trial course will not be accepted. *Students are required to maintain the on-site environment and equipment. If there is any damage, they must compensate according to the price. *Sometimes during class, the organizer will take side shots based on needs, and may upload them to social media or the official website in the future. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements. 4. Firing process [The process that the teacher will help you with after class] Correction → Drying → Bisque firing → Glaze → Glaze firing → Final confirmation. It takes 3-4 weeks to complete the entire process. *Ceramic clay and glaze are natural materials. There may be slight differences in glaze color changes and shapes caused by high temperatures. Pores, glaze flow or bumps, and small cracks are all normal phenomena. Please understand. 5. How to retrieve finished products ①Collect by mail: *Our store ensures that the goods have been inspected and packaged in good condition before being sent out (to do our part for the earth, some use second-hand packaging materials), and there will be no additional charges. However, we will not bear the responsibility for multiple transshipments or disruptions during transportation. and other factors, risk of damaging the work. Our store will not be responsible if it is damaged or lost during shipping, so please forgive us. ※Freight charges for outlying islands and overseas areas are additional. ② Come to the store to collect it by yourself: *Due to limited space in our store, please come to the classroom to pick up the work within 2 months after the work is notified. The store will not notify you individually after the time limit, and will clear the shelves of uncollected works. *After the work is notified to be collected, the store will no longer be responsible for the storage during the period before you come to the store to collect it (for example, if it is broken due to an earthquake, etc.), please come to pick up the work as soon as possible. ●About extension/refund regulations *If the course is due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to assist in postponement or refund. *In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by our location (Taipei City) will be the class opening and refund standards. *If you want to cancel a class, please call or send a letter to inform the organizer in advance so that our store can arrange class seats. If the course is canceled 1-5 working days before the class day and on the class day, the full amount will not be refunded, but 70% of the course fee will be refunded (30% will be charged as administrative process fee).
