These scraps are not due to poor quality; they are simply too small to be used for large components. Typically, these leftover edge materials from processing are directly recycled and smelted, a process that is quite energy-intensive and not environmentally friendly. Therefore, Metal Arts, driven by a concept of environmental sustainability, uses these edge materials for design, preserving the original processing marks and holes. This transforms metal that would otherwise be smelted into unique features of the product, imbuing it with diverse cultural and creative significance, and giving it new life! ● Return & Exchange Policy I. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of the goods. However, the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Therefore, the returned goods must be in new condition with complete packaging (including but not limited to all gifts, accessories, and instruction manuals), accompanied by the original invoice. Please package the item securely in a cardboard box for return shipping (returns or refunds will not be processed for any damage or breakage upon return). II. Note: Metal components are precision-made; please avoid collisions or friction during assembly. II. The following situations are not covered by the warranty: 1. Use in outdoor environments, direct sunlight, or humid conditions are not covered by this product's warranty service. 4. Damage caused by self-disassembly, modification, or repair of the product. 5. Damage caused by improper product cleaning and maintenance. 6. Slight color variations or textures may occur during special processing of aluminum alloy materials; these are natural phenomena and are not covered by this product's warranty service. 7. Other damages not attributable to the company, such as the buyer failing to exercise ordinary diligence or improper use.
