Measurement methods vary across design studios, and factors such as the number of accessories, clasp types (buckle, elastic, or with extension chain), and how the item is worn all affect size calculations. Kindly re-measure using the following method and provide us with your measured wrist circumference in centimeters, along with the desired amount of looseness in centimeters. __※ If the item is a gift and the size is unknown, or if you require a size not listed in the options, please contact the designer before placing your order.__ __**Wrist Measurement Method:**__ 1. All measurements in this design studio are taken by circumference. You can use a tape measure to circle your wrist. If you don't have a tape measure, you can substitute it with a strip of paper about 1.5cm wide. After circling your wrist, measure the length of the paper strip with a ruler. 2. Do not use thread or string for measurement, as their thinner, softer material can result in a size smaller than the actual measurement. 3. When measuring, start with 0 centimeters as the starting point. Measure gently and flat against your wrist; do not pull the tape measure or paper strip too tight or too loose. 4. Measure with the measuring tool flat against the back of your wrist bone (the prominent part of your wrist) to obtain the circumference in centimeters. 5. Add the desired looseness, typically around 1~2 cm! Using this method: - Adding 1 cm: A snug fit, but may be difficult to clasp yourself. - Adding 1.5 cm: A moderate fit, with about the width of a pinky finger inside the bracelet. - Adding 2 cm: A looser fit, will move with your hand's motion. ※ It is recommended to allow at least 1.5 cm of looseness for ease of self-clasping. 6. You can gently move the tape measure or other measuring tool back and forth to check for looseness or tightness. The baseline is that the tape measure should not slip off your wrist when your hand is naturally hanging down. 7. We will craft the item based on the data you provide. The total length of the finished product is calculated from the opening of the clasp to the very end of the '8' shaped ring. __**EX: If your wrist circumference measured using the method above is 14 cm + desired looseness of 1.5 cm = 15.5 cm, then select the custom size: Total length from clasp opening to the end of the '8' shaped ring: 15.5 cm. (And so on.)**__ **‧ Important Notes Before Customization ‧** 1. All items are custom-made to order based on the measurements provided by the buyer. Oxidation may occur due to factors such as the acidity and saltiness of sweat, body oils, humid environments, and chemical substances (e.g., hand cream, cosmetics, skincare products, sunscreen, perfume, cleaning agents). Avoid wearing during bathing, exercise, or hot spring visits, and minimize contact with the aforementioned chemicals to prevent excessive wear that may be irreversible. The degree of oxidation depends on the wearer's habits. Proper care can significantly prolong the lustrous appearance of the jewelry. Not removing the item for daily activities like bathing, neglecting regular cleaning and maintenance, or frequent contact with chemical products will accelerate oxidation. The speed of oxidation varies from person to person. It is important to clean and maintain the jewelry before it turns black from oxidation. ‧ Discoloration and oxidation due to prolonged wear of plated alloy materials are irreversible. It is recommended to minimize contact with water and chemical substances. ‧ We suggest having multiple pieces of jewelry to match different outfits, which can also extend the lifespan of your accessories. Avoid treating them like amulets that are worn for bathing without removal or cleaning.
