Our preserved flower items primarily feature preserved flowers, complemented by scented soap flowers and artificial or decorative elements. If you have specific preferences for flower selection, decorative items, or color schemes, please contact us to discuss the details for a personalized custom order. You can reach us by adding our official LINE account. Preserved flower items should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment and can typically last for over two years. Please avoid proximity to water, refrain from watering, and keep them out of direct sunlight. Proper care will extend their viewing period. About Arrangement Design: Each piece is meticulously designed by our floral artists. We will arrange accessories and various flowers and foliage according to the color scheme or style presented for each product. Materials will be adjusted based on seasonality and availability. If you particularly admire a specific decorative item or a small detail, we welcome you to discuss it with us for a personalized custom order. In case of unavailability of a particular decorative item, we will notify you before shipment for a substitution. Note: For items that include string lights, the LED lights are battery-operated. Each string of lights is brand new. Once the batteries are depleted, simply replace them with new ones. Product Shipping Service: All items in our shop are custom-made based on the order and payment received. January is a busy period for Chinese New Year orders. For urgent requests, please indicate this clearly and discuss shipping methods and times with us. For deliveries within Kaohsiung City, we use LALAMOVE delivery service. Please provide a detailed address and the recipient's name and phone number so we can locate you more efficiently! For deliveries outside of Kaohsiung City, we use the Black Cat delivery service. Shipping and delivery days are from Monday to Saturday. Please be mindful of communication from the delivery person to receive your item promptly. To ensure safe transport, large items will be shipped one per box. The shipping fee at checkout is for a single item. If you wish to purchase more than one item, additional shipping fees will apply. Preserved Flower & Dried Flower Classes on Jan 29th, Jan 31st, Feb 5th, Feb 7th, Feb 12th. Store Closures: The store will be closed from February 16th (Lunar New Year's Eve) to February 23rd (6th day of Lunar New Year).
