Mug dimensions are 98mm in height and 82mm in diameter (excluding the handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and unavoidable air bubbles along the curved edges may occur during the ceramic firing process. These are considered normal and are not grounds for return or exchange. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or scouring pads (like loofahs or steel wool) as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Imperfections such as specks or indentations occurring during the firing process are normal. ● Minor scratches or dust on the coaster surface are inevitable. There can be approximately a 10% variation in the quality of the raw ceramic for each batch. The degree of ink absorption in the ceramic's pores may also vary. This is particularly noticeable with light-colored backgrounds or dark-colored backgrounds, where uneven color patches or cloudy spots may appear. All these are considered normal and not defects. Perfectionists, please consider this before placing an order. ● Each set of coasters comes in a gift box. The non-slip pads are applied by hand and may occasionally be slightly off-center.
