Thaw the dumplings in the refrigerator the day before you plan to consume them. 2. Arrange the dumplings on a plate and place them in a rice cooker. Add 3 bowls of water (approximately 350cc) to the outer pot and steam for about 30-40 minutes, or until fully cooked. ※After steaming, allow the dumplings to rest for 5-10 minutes before unwrapping.
