** 【Important Notices】 ** * For beginners, designs with simple lines or color blocks are recommended for easier operation and to avoid exceeding the allotted time. * Due to the nature of the machinery, participants must be 10 years or older. The class is for individual operation only. (Children aged 10-14 require a parent to accompany and assist throughout the entire session; no additional fee for co-creation). * To ensure the rights of other participants, please do not be late, as it may affect the start time. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the class begins. You will need to reschedule your appointment (once within 2 months). * After placing an order, please add our official Line account: @ado_studio Provide the registrant's full name and class date, and send your design for review. The design must be confirmed at least 7 days before the class. Last-minute registrations must be completed by the day before the course to ensure sufficient class time. * To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Please do not bring guests. Pets and young children must be notified in advance. The classroom opens 5 minutes before the class; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. * If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. Alternatively, you can choose to: 1. Extend the session, 2. Reschedule, or 3. Take the semi-finished product home. Extension or rescheduling fees are $300 per hour (less than 1 hour is charged as 1 hour). * As the creation process requires physical exertion, please have your meal before attending. It is also advisable to avoid scheduling tight appointments immediately after the class. * Food is not allowed in the classroom, but beverages are permitted. * The class will be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio using images and footage of your likeness and artwork. * The classroom operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following situations allow for rescheduling or transfer of booking once, within a two-month period: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces suspension of work and classes in the relevant area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed. 【Disclaimer】 * The machinery is safe when operated according to guidelines. Dottie Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with the guidelines. * In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, cease operation immediately and notify staff.
