** 【Important Notes】 ** * Due to the nature of the machinery, participation is limited to individuals aged 10 and above. The course is for single-person operation only. (Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to accompany and assist throughout the session. Please notify us in advance; no additional fee for co-creation.) * To ensure the rights of other participants, please do not be late, as it may affect the start time. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. You will need to reschedule your appointment (one reschedule within 2 months). * After placing your order, please add our official LINE account: @ado_studio Provide the registrant's full name and desired class date. Send your design for approval. The design must be confirmed at least 5 days before the class. * For last-minute registrations, designs must be sent by 3:00 PM the day before the class, and image approval will be completed by 5:00 PM. The instructor can then assist with drawing to ensure the class duration is not impacted. * To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring companions, pets, or young children without prior notification. * The studio opens 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent long waits. * If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may choose to: 1. Extend the session 2. Reschedule for another day 3. Take the unfinished piece home. Extension or rescheduling fees are $300 per hour (any part of an hour is counted as a full hour). * As the creation process requires physical effort, please have a meal before attending and try not to schedule tight plans immediately afterward. * Food and drinks are not permitted in the studio, but you may bring beverages and small snacks. Snacks are also provided in the studio for participants to replenish energy. * The course will be filmed and photographed for Dottie Studio's brand website marketing materials. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not notifying us, you agree to Dottie Studio using images and footage of your likeness and work. * The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following situations allow for one reschedule or transfer within two months: 1. Weather conditions: Government agencies announce class suspensions or school closures in the area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed. 【Disclaimer】 * The machinery is not dangerous when operated according to guidelines. Therefore, all participants must strictly adhere to the operating rules. Dottie Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with the regulations. * In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, cease operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. If damage occurs due to unauthorized operation, full compensation will be required. * By registering, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
