Companions may wait in the studio or explore nearby. Q3: Are the Crystal Tree Balls pre-arranged, or can I choose my own combination? A3: We offer a selection of crystals and minerals for you to choose from, allowing you to design and arrange your own creation! Q4: What if I have a last-minute conflict after placing my order? Can I change the date and time? A4: For same-day classes, as the instructor's materials and seating arrangements are already prepared, we regret that refunds and postponements are not accepted on the day of the class. No-shows will be considered forfeitures. However, if there are available slots in other time slots on the same day, we can help you change your reservation time. Q5: What should I do if I'm running late? A5: If you are late and do not notify us in advance (at least one day prior), for the benefit of other scheduled students, arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of your reservation, and no refund will be issued! The instructor will demonstrate, explain, and guide step-by-step. If a finished product has irreparable flaws due to a participant not following the steps, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase. ● The class duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the design. You can take your creation home the same day. ● A mobile phone tripod is available on-site for recording videos and taking photos. ● As the crystal selection area is limited, all students in the same session will select crystals together. If you are concerned about selecting crystals with others and feel it might be crowded, please consider this carefully before placing your order. ● As each time slot is booked, studio staff will call to notify you one hour in advance. To protect the rights of students with reserved slots, forgetting the time and being unable to attend will also be considered a forfeiture. ★ During the class, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on safe equipment operation. Female students may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
