We understand that when a product sells, there are more words and details you wish to convey to your customers beyond a simple thank you, to offer them an extra layer of reassurance. **┃ Design & Production Process ┃** **1. Contact the Designer** Before placing an order, please contact the designer and provide the following information: ● Company Logo (resolution of 300dpi or above, or vector file. Additional fees apply for modifications or background removal.) ● Related Copy and Images Copy | All text to be placed on the card Headline | The main point of appeal Sub-headline | Secondary points of appeal or supplementary explanations for the headline Body Text | Other detailed explanatory text ● Specify your design needs and provide reference images (to help us understand your desired design direction). ● Confirm the quote and estimated delivery time. **2. Place Order & Payment** Place your order and complete the payment. (Placing an order signifies agreement to our shop policies.) **3. Design Begins** Design work will commence after the order is placed. We will provide one initial draft. Up to three minor revisions are included for adjustments from the draft to the final version. Exceeding this revision limit will incur additional charges. **4. Design Completion** ● High-resolution JPG files suitable for application or printing will be provided via email. If original files are required, they must be purchased separately and will be sent via email. ● No changes can be made after completion. Any modifications will require a new order. **┃ Design Time ┃** The design time will be as confirmed and informed by the designer. **┃ We Have Some Basic Guidelines for Your Cooperation ┃** ● Custom designs are non-refundable. ● Custom products are not applicable to the 7-day appreciation period. ● This service does not include logo design or printing costs.
