Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique natural markings and imperfections from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor pressure marks or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such details. While the finished product may not be as perfect as machine-produced items, it possesses a unique delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time passes and depending on usage, the leather will develop its own unique patina, scratches, and shine, gradually revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between batches due to different stocking and storage times. Even within the same hide, different areas will have varying texture and dye absorption. Colors will not be consistent between successive orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made-to-order for customization. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching" and "embossed text and font," in your order notes. If no notes are provided at the time of ordering, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer's choice of "stitching color" and that the "embossed text" will be left blank. Since each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "custom products" do not have a 7-day appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
