Cleaning should involve diluting a neutral detergent, gently brushing, wiping off foam with a damp cloth, and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging serves a protective purpose, and minor dents or creases from logistics are unavoidable. Damaged packaging cannot be a reason for return or exchange. 8. For bags with floral or printed fabrics, the pattern is randomly cut, and the placement will vary for each item. Ordering signifies understanding of this. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; actual product colors are final. Handmade measurements may have a 1-3 cm variance within international standard tolerances. 10. Collaborations are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with licensing marks or official logos) should not be replicated. 【Returns & Exchanges Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Discounts for spending thresholds or bundled items, or free shipping offers, cannot be partially returned. If a partial return is desired, the entire order must be returned and reordered. 3. Any concerns about received items or missing parts must be accompanied by a complete unboxing video to ensure mutual rights and facilitate returns, exchanges, or reshipments. 4.
