● Select Your Design → Our artisans will provide hands-on guidance, allowing you to experience the joy of traditional craftsmanship.
The workshop includes engraving. English letters, numbers, and patterns can be engraved (certain styles may not be eligible for engraving).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length with a ruler in centimeters, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at our store after the ring is completed.

**Workshops start with just one person and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any changes to your booking or cancellations must be notified at least three days prior to the scheduled workshop date.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. You may, however, transfer the value to other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on at our store. You may also exchange your chosen design for another of the same price (subject to availability of materials).
Exchanges for designs of a lower price are possible, but the difference will not be refunded.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about seating availability if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will first demonstrate and then guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece is damaged due to failure to follow instructions, and the damage cannot be repaired, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● Workshops typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the complexity of the chosen design. Your piece can be taken home on the same day.
**★Currently, due to the pandemic, masks are mandatory for entry.**
★During the workshop, please adhere to the safety guidelines for equipment operation as instructed by the artisan.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will be at your own risk.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be postponed for your safety in accordance with government announcements, and a new date will be arranged.
