Bracelet with Iridescent Roman Glass, Clover Fluorite, Freshwater Pearls, and Coral

A bracelet connecting iridescent Roman glass, clover fluorite, freshwater pearls, and coral. The soft green beads are Roman glass. Roman glass dates back to the Roman Empire (27 BCE - 395 CE). These are fragments of vessels, polished and drilled. Three out of four beads exhibit iridescence, with one side showcasing a beautiful, shimmering patina that changes with the light. The reverse side shows some patina (inclusions), with a subtle hint of iridescence. Iridescence occurs when glass is buried in the earth for extended periods, causing a chemical reaction between the glass and soil components, resulting in this sparkling sheen. Not all glass buried for long periods develops this effect. (Size of Roman glass bead near the center: 1.3cm length, 1.2cm width) Freshwater pearls are clustered and scattered like ripe fruit. Irregularly shaped coral pieces are linked together. Between them, small, chip-shaped Karen silver beads with 18k gold plating are interspersed.
