【Precautions】
1. On the day of class, please notify the registered class for confirmation at least 10 minutes before the class starts.
2. When registering for this course, you need to present (1) Pinkoi electronic voucher (2) Pinkoi system sends an email pre-trip notification to complete the verification.
Failure to provide complete information may affect students' rights to attend classes. When purchasing, please be sure to confirm whether the mobile phone number is that of the experiencer and that it is filled in correctly.

Placing an order does not guarantee that there will be a course spot. You need to send a private message in advance to confirm whether there is a spot.

【Cancellation method】
After purchasing the ticket, you can enter with the notification letter.
Cancellations made 3 days before the course date are fully refundable.
Cancellation 0-2 days before the course date will incur a 50% handling fee.

▲Cancellation & Rescheduling Procedures
The date can be changed within 7 days to 3 days before the course (excluding the departure date), but the change can only be made once, and only for activities of the same organizer; if there is a price difference after the change, the excess fee will be refunded; the rescheduled event Cancellations will not be accepted.

Date changes are not accepted from 2 days before the course to the day of the course; if you want to increase the number of participants, you can inquire 1 day before the departure date, and the number of participants cannot be reduced.

If you are unable to go and experience it due to unforeseen circumstances, it is recommended that you transfer your spot within 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), and no refunds will be given; however, please be sure to inform the agent of the name and contact information of the participant.
