Colors: White, pale pink, water blue, deep purple Material: 100% pure imported wool from New Zealand ☆ This product is hand-stitched ball-by-ball, not glued. ☆ All felted wool products come with a box for protection. ☆ While this coaster features the same four-color design, please note that the arrangement of the balls may differ when re-released. ☆ Colors may appear differently on computer or mobile screens; the actual product color is the standard. Please refrain from ordering if you are concerned about color variations. Thank you. Notes: ▪︎ Give your wool items an occasional rest to allow the fibers to breathe and recover their natural properties. ▪︎ Wool fibers are naturally stain-resistant. If a stain occurs, address it promptly to prevent permanent marks. ▪︎ Do not use warm water, hot water, or bleach to clean wool products. If rubbing is necessary, do so very gently to avoid damaging the quality of the fibers. ▪︎ If surface pilling occurs due to friction, simply trim it with small scissors; this will not affect the appearance of the felt. ▪︎ When storing, ensure the item is clean and completely air-dried in a cool, well-ventilated area before sealing it in a container. Cleaning Instructions: ▪︎ Hand wash in cold water only; do not bleach. Use a neutral detergent labeled for pure wool that does not contain bleach. ▪︎ Hand wash separately. Do not use a washing machine to avoid deforming the shape. ▪︎ Gently press the item during washing; for dirtier areas, lightly rub the fabric. Do not use a brush. ▪︎ After washing, hang to air dry in a well-ventilated area. If machine drying is required, use the low-temperature setting. ▪︎ All items in the shop are in stock (shipped within 2-3 days).
