A leather base insert is included at the bottom interior to maintain the bag's shape. The hardware for securing the base insert is placed on the inside, creating a clean finish without exposed metal parts. To achieve the texture of paper, the typically 1.5mm thick leather is sliced to 0.9mm. Special processing is applied to the reverse side to ensure durability. This prevents any shedding of leather dust. The materials used in this product have been treated with wax to promote rapid aging and a well-used appearance. Areas that may appear like stains are due to the natural variations in wax absorption on the natural material, resulting in differences in color depth. These are not defects, so please understand.
