Important Notes~ ▪︎ Occasionally, felted wool items are allowed to rest, giving the wool fibers time to breathe and regain their natural characteristics. ▪︎ Wool fibers possess natural stain resistance. If a stain occurs, address it promptly to prevent it from setting. ■ When treating stains on wool products, do not use warm or hot water or bleach. If rubbing is necessary, do so gently to avoid damaging the fiber quality. ■ If pilling occurs on the surface due to friction, trim with small scissors; this will not impact the appearance of the felted wool. ■ For storage, ensure the item is clean, completely air-dried in a cool, ventilated area, and then sealed. Care Instructions~ ▪︎ Wash in cold water; do not bleach. Use a neutral detergent labeled for pure wool and free of bleach. ■ Gently press the item when washing. For soiled areas, a light rub is sufficient; do not use a brush. ■ After washing, hang the item in a ventilated area to air dry naturally.
