The workshop includes engraving for English letters, numbers, and select patterns (engraving may not be available for certain styles).
How to measure ring size if it's a gift?
● Measuring method: Take a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) and wrap it snugly around the finger where the ring will be worn.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Then, consult the size chart for your corresponding ring size.
● Inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at the store after it's completed.

★ 999 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and can be worn while showering. The oxidation rate varies depending on individual body chemistry (pH balance) during normal wear. Tarnished silver can be restored to its original shine with toothpaste, silver polish, or a polishing cloth.

**Workshops can be opened for just one person and are by appointment only.**
● For your convenience, please notify us at least three days in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your confirmed workshop booking. Cancellations made on the day of the workshop or no-shows will not be refunded. However, the value can be transferred to other products or future workshops.
● Samples are available for try-on at the store. You may also exchange your chosen style for another of the same price (subject to available materials in stock).
Upgrades to a higher-priced item are possible with a price difference payment. However, exchanges for items of lower value will not be refunded.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire in advance about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled workshop time for sample try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to the participant not following instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● Workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying based on the complexity of the chosen style. Your finished piece can be taken home on the same day.
**★ Currently, due to pandemic regulations, masks must be worn to enter the premises.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation. Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after repeated instruction will be at your own risk.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be canceled based on government advisories for your safety. A new date will be arranged.
