Its luster may fade, and the metal may darken over time due to usage, air, and environmental exposure. This is a normal oxidation process. ・ If your brass oxidizes and turns black, here are a few methods to restore its shine: - Gently wipe with a silver polishing cloth to restore luster. The cloth turning black is normal; do not wash it, as this will diminish its effectiveness. - Lightly brush with a toothbrush dipped in a small amount of dish soap or toothpaste, then dry. - Wipe with a clean cloth lightly dampened with brass polish to restore the brass's shine. Afterward, rinse with mild dish soap to remove any residual polish and prevent potential allergic reactions during wear. ・ Preserved floral jewelry is made from real flowers and can last over 5 years.
