|COVID-19 Prevention Measures|
1. In response to pandemic prevention needs, instructors have undergone testing to ensure their health before teaching. Temperature measurement and alcohol disinfection facilities are provided for participants to ensure their safety.
2. If the pandemic situation escalates after registration, registered participants may contact the organizer to reschedule or cancel their course.
3. Upon entry, please sanitize your hands with alcohol spray. Individuals with a forehead temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be permitted to attend. Masks must be worn at all times during the class.
4. No beverages will be provided in the classroom. Please bring your own drinking water. Thank you!
|Refund Policy|
1. In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to change the date or modify the workshop content.
2. If the cancellation or rescheduling request is made 5 days (inclusive) before the class date, a 20% processing fee will be deducted for refunds or rescheduling (only one reschedule is permitted).
3. If you choose to reschedule, the new date must be within the following 2 months. If you are unable to attend within this timeframe, a refund will be issued.
4. A minimum of 4 participants is required to form a class. If the minimum number is not met, participants will be notified of rescheduling or cancellation before the class begins.
|Course Regulations|
1. Participation is limited to the registered individual. An additional fee of NT$200 will apply for accompanying children who wish to participate.
2. In line with environmental protection efforts, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own shopping bag to carry your creation.
3. After purchasing a course, feel free to contact customer service, and a dedicated representative will assist you in scheduling your session promptly.
4. Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop and will be uploaded to the "NEIGHBOR FOREST" social media channels after the event for documentation and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member at the event.
