Natural leather may have slight color variations between batches. The inherent markings, minor scratches, wrinkles, and textures of genuine leather are normal and part of its natural character. Just as no person is perfect, neither is a cow. The handmade process may leave slight traces and variations, which contribute to the unique warmth and character of handcrafted items. These are not considered quality issues. Please consider this carefully before placing an order if you are concerned. To maintain the leather and hardware, avoid using alcohol or chemical solvents for cleaning, as this can cause the leather to fade and the hardware's protective plating to degrade. Color variations may occur due to different shooting environments, lighting conditions, and computer or mobile device displays. The actual product is the final reference. We appreciate your understanding. Customized items such as imprinted text are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items fall under a special category and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations. ◾️ Leather Care If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth and paper towel, then let it air dry in a cool place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to age and fade. Avoid storing in high-humidity environments for extended periods, as this can lead to mold growth on the leather surface. If storing for a long time, place it in a dust bag. For general maintenance, gently wipe the leather with a dry cloth to remove surface dust, then apply a thin layer of leather care oil.
