Due to production limitations, we are unable to create a single cookie featuring two individuals. 3 To upload your image, select "Contact Designer" on the product page, then "Choose File." You can provide a photo of a real person or a Q-version image; the final product will be in a Q-version style. **V. Storage Instructions** The cookies are made without preservatives and can be stored at room temperature for three weeks, based on the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Please store them in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Refrigeration is not required. For the best flavor, it is recommended to consume them within two weeks of arrival. **VI. If delivery is unsuccessful twice, the package will be sent to a nearby post office for pickup.) 3__Convenience Store Pickup__: Shipping fee is NT$70 for Taiwan main island. However, the cookies are considered the designer's artwork, and the designer may post photos of the cookies on brand pages such as Facebook and Instagram. B) Regarding Dried Flowers 1 Flowers and plants are natural products. The contents of the bouquet are subject to availability at the flower market. In case of stock shortages, the designer reserves the right to replace them with similar quality flowers of red or pink hues, without prior notice. Dyeing may vary for each batch of flowers. If the color tone of a batch differs significantly from the reference image, we will send you a photo via private message for confirmation after receiving your order. You may cancel the order if the color is not to your satisfaction. 2 We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. For home delivery, items will be shipped two business days before your desired delivery date. For convenience store pickup, items will be shipped four business days prior. For example, if you wish for delivery on January 28, 2022 (Friday), items for home delivery will be shipped on January 26 (Wednesday), and for convenience store pickup on January 24 (Monday).
