Once you approve, you can proceed to purchase the final payment listing we create for you. ◌ One month prior to the start of creation, changes to the expression and pose will no longer be possible. Therefore, please ensure all details are confirmed at the beginning. Any customization needs should also be communicated at the initial stage. ◌ For customization, please provide photos from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom, of your pet in the same pose. Take photos in normal lighting conditions without filters to avoid color discrepancies. Providing more photos is always beneficial for reference during the creation process. ◌ If insufficient photos are available, you may consider a framed half-body piece, which only requires a front-facing photo. If you still wish for a full-body representation, please message us to inquire, as we have different solutions for various situations. ◌ During the creation process, we may encounter situations where finer details are unclear and require your clarification. Please ensure you are reachable. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you photos of the finished product from all angles for your confirmation. Any adjustments to patterns or fine details can be requested, and we will make the necessary modifications. However, we cannot make corrections to fur color or eye color, as slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions compared to the reference images. ◌ Free repairs are limited to a maximum of 5 times. A fee will be charged for subsequent repairs. ◌ Once confirmed, the item will be carefully packed and shipped. As we will confirm with you before sealing the package, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after shipment. ■ Specifications: ◌ Full body for dogs and cats: Available in two sizes (approximately 15cm or 20cm in length from nose to tail). (For other types of pets, please message us for specifications). ◌ Full body for small animals (e.g., hamsters): Approximately 10cm in length from nose to tail. ◌ Framed half-body: Fits a 4x6 inch frame. (Head width approximately 8-9cm). ◌ Framed headshot: Fits a 3.5x3.5 inch frame. (Head width approximately 8-9cm). ■ Additional Information: ⌑ For full-body creations, you can optionally send your pet's fur, ashes, or whiskers. These will be incorporated into the body during the creation process using wool. (Small multi-colored glass bottles are also available for an additional purchase). If you wish to have real fur delicately attached to the surface of the piece, we have methods to handle different fur types; please message us for a detailed discussion. Whiskers can be attached to the face of the creation. ⌑ We dedicate our utmost effort to each pet's representation, and it requires significant time. The creation process typically takes 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity. We kindly ask for your patience to ensure the highest quality. ⌑ As this is a creation born from considerable effort and time, cancellations or refunds are not possible once the creation process has begun. ⌑ As each piece is purely handmade, it may not be a 100% perfect replica of the original pet, and some variations are expected. You can refer to our past works for an idea of our style. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing your order. ⌑ Actual dimensions may vary by +-1-2cm. Slight variations in color and size are inherent in handmade items. If you have extremely high expectations for product perfection, we kindly ask that you refrain from ordering.
