Once the bid is placed, the order will be placed. ◌ The remaining amount will be sent to you for confirmation after the production is completed. After confirming that there is no problem, please go to your exclusive store for the final payment to place a bid. ◌ Expressions and poses cannot be changed after one month before the start of production, so please be sure to confirm, and any production needs must be raised at the beginning. ◌ For customization, you need to provide front, back, left, right, top, and bottom photos of the same posture (taken under normal light and without filters to avoid color aberration). The more photos you can provide, the better. You can have more during production. Available for reference. ◌ If the photo is not enough, you can consider making it into a photo frame. You only need to take a frontal photo. If you still want to have a plastic surgery, please send a private message to inquire. There are different ways to overcome different situations. ◌ During the production process, you may encounter situations where the details are unclear and need to be consulted with you. Please keep the line open. ◌ After the production is completed, photos of the finished product from all angles will be sent to you for confirmation. If the pattern details need to be modified, you can ask and we will adjust it for you. However, corrections to the coat color and eye color are not accepted because depending on the lighting conditions, the color may be slightly different from the image. ◌ The maximum number of free repairs is limited to 5 times. Fees will be charged if the number exceeds the number. ◌ Confirm that there is no problem and pack and send it out (the product will be sealed after confirmation with you before shipping, so returns and exchanges will not be accepted after shipping). ■ Specifications: ◌ Whole body of dogs and cats: (approximate length from nose to butt) 15cm and 20cm (other types of furry children can send private message for specifications). ◌ Rat baby’s whole body: (approximate length from nose to butt) 10cm. ◌ Photo frame (4*6 photo frame): Two sizes: half body and big head. ■ Other matters: ⌑ If you need a full-body work, you can send pet hair, ashes, and beards by yourself. When making the body, the hair or ashes will be wrapped in wool (multi-colored small glass bottles are available for purchase), and beards can be planted on the body. There is nothing wrong with the work. ⌑ We will try our best to produce each furry child work, and it takes a lot of time, so the production will take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the difficulty. In order to produce the highest quality, please be patient. ⌑ Because it is a labor-intensive work that takes a lot of time and effort, no cancellations or refunds can be made after the production has started. ⌑ Purely handmade products cannot perfectly restore 100% of the original product, and there will be differences to a certain extent. You can refer to past works for style presentation, and you can accept it before placing an order. ⌑ The actual size may be +-1~3cm. There will inevitably be slight color and size errors in product production. If you have perfectionistic requirements for product quality, please do not place a bid. Please forgive me! ⌑ If there are stray hairs or hair balls on the surface due to friction, just trim them off with small scissors. It will not affect the appearance of the wool felt fabric, but please avoid friction and pulling and be careful of being caught by the owner. ⌑ Unfortunately, if there is minor damage, you can send it back for repair (you need to pay the shipping fee).
