We provide customized laser engraving service. Add a few words and make your gift extra special. **～Engraving Instructions～** 1. Please choose from the list of font types and make sure to write down the words or sentences you'd like to engrave when you place the order. 2. Engraving is only limited to sentences and numbers, if you'd like to engrave pictures please ask before placing the order. 3. If you'd like to add pictures to your engraving, please send us the files first to evaluate before you place the order. 4. Engraving up to 24 letters, about 12 Mandarin words. 5. The height of the words are usually 3 mm, we will adjust according to the product. 6. Customization takes about 3 to 5 working days. 7. We do not accept returns since the product is customized 8. Some products have limited area for engraving, please ask beforehand if the product is fit for laser engraving before placing order. **～Reminder～** Please be reminded that since each wood item are unique with its own wood grains, some areas that are engraved may look lighter/darker than other areas depending on the directions of the grains.
