[Refund and rescheduling rules]
If you are unable to attend or reschedule after the payment is completed, you can contact us in advance on our FB and IG fan pages. The rules are as follows:
To reschedule:
. One day (inclusive) before the class date, you can reschedule free of charge, but only once, if you can't meet the postponement time, please choose to refund.
For a refund:
. Take the initiative to inform in the first 7 days, free of charge
. If you take the initiative to inform 3 days in advance, you will be charged a 20% handling fee
. If you take the initiative to inform 1-2 days in advance, you will be charged 50% of the handling fee
. For the class on the day, since the materials and location of the venue have been prepared, refunds and extensions are not accepted. Those who do not show up will be deemed as waiver and no refund will be given.
. For refund, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account name. We will refund all fees by cash remittance.
【Class Notes】
・The pre-class notice will be sent 3~5 days before the class. Please be sure to fill in the correct email contact information to avoid receiving it. If you do not receive the class notice, it may be due to the system blocking the letter. You can come directly to us and no additional phone calls will be made.
・Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will be regarded as unsuccessfully registered. Once the class is full, the enrollment will be stopped immediately. Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will not be recognized on the list.
・Please enter the event on time. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please be careful not to be late.
・You can eat and drink at the event site, but you need to dispose of the garbage after eating.
・Participants should abide by the rules of the venue and cooperate with the instructions of the teachers on site.
・Side-shots will be taken according to the needs of the experience activities, and uploaded to the community after the activities. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. 【Unsuccessful opening class】
・If the number of registrations for the event does not reach 3 people 2 days before the start date of the event, TaGat has the right to cancel the event and notify you to change the event or get a full refund.
・In case of force majeure factors such as government regulations, natural disasters, etc., TaGat will take the initiative to contact and assist in free rescheduling or full refund.
