1. The colors, materials, and patterns of materials used in the workshop are subject to on-site availability.
2. For groups of 6 or more, please call to book. Private group rates are available.
3. Upon successful purchase, you will receive an e-ticket. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please present your e-ticket at the check-in desk on the day of the event for admission.
4. Due to limited space and to maintain teaching quality, please do not bring companions to the experience.
5. Ticket Usage Policy and Refund Information
- Cancellations made 5 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days are not eligible for refunds but can be transferred to another person.
- Rescheduling requires notification at least 5 days before the event. Rescheduling is limited to one instance, after which no further rescheduling or cancellations will be accepted.
- No cancellations or rescheduling will be accepted on the day of the event. Failure to attend due to personal reasons will be considered forfeiture of the ticket service, and no refund will be issued.
- To change your booking time, please cancel your current booking and make a new one.
- This ticket is valid only for the workshop experience and cannot be used for other brand purchases.
- In case of cancellation by the organizer due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) or other reasons, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
6. Participants under ten years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the workshop.
