Purchasing Notes: 1. Proxy Purchasing Process: 　・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service. Once an order is placed, the system will automatically initiate the proxy purchase. 　・To respect the artisans on iichi, Pinkoi requests that you notify the platform of any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. This includes modifications to items, shipping information, or complete order cancellations. Please press the "Request refund" button on the order page to cancel or place another order. If a product(s) has already shipped, you can return it within seven days of receiving it. Please see point three, "Refund & Exchange Policy", below for more details. Please note, the system will use the refund request submission time as the basis for determining whether the order can be canceled. No order cancellations will be accepted after the deadline. 　・Please complete the Real-name Authentication promptly after the order is placed. If the Real-name Authentication is not completed, the cross-border package cannot be delivered. 2. Product Inventory: 　・All orders are subject to the supplier's actual inventory. Please note, there may be cases where the product is sold out or out of stock. 　・If an item in an order is out of stock, the system will refund the item and proceed with the rest of the order. 　・If all items in the order are out of stock, the system will automatically cancel the order. 3. Refund & Exchange Policy: 　・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service and is considered a cross-border transaction. The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns. 　・Return Process 　　　1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after the seven-day period will not be accepted. 　　　2. After the system approves the refund request, please follow the instructions on the page and return the product(s) to the specified address. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original packaging and ensure the product is unused. 　　　3. It originates from the tradition of thinly pressed abalone, a long-standing symbol of longevity. The font shown in the sample is 'Fui-ji'. ● This is a Shachihata-style stamp that requires no ink pad or vermilion ink. The stamp surface is a standard personal seal size (approx. 10mm). Depending on the design, you can make approximately 5,000 impressions with the initial ink. By refilling the ink, it can be used repeatedly for up to about 50,000 impressions. (When refilling, please use 'Brother Stamp Dedicated Refill Ink'.) ● There are 11 font styles to choose from, and the body is available in 6 colors (Black, Yellow, Green, Blue, Pink, and Orange). ● The stamp is created with vermilion ink as standard, but changing it to (Blue, Red, Green, or Black) is also possible. If you wish to change the color, please specify your preference in the remarks section. ※ Please do not forget to enter the [text] you would like on the stamp in the remarks section when placing your order. ※ This can be used as a personal seal for everyday tasks, such as receiving mail or packages! It cannot be used as a registered seal or a bank seal. ※ We recommend up to 3 characters for Kanji, and around 5 characters for Hiragana, Katakana, and Alphabet.
