As the fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, there are inevitably "weaving imperfections," which may initially appear as "frays." While these are unavoidable with the use of old machinery, we continuously strive to minimize them through thorough inspections at the factory and careful fabric cutting. If found, they are placed in less conspicuous areas. However, due to the nature of the machinery, they cannot be entirely eliminated.
