If contents or designs differ, please count quantities separately. ★ No extra charges for: Mixing and matching the front and back of invitations (please clearly note the front + back codes), changing background colors, or converting non-photo designs to photo designs. Revisions are limited to three rounds. ★ The first proofing session is free. Minor text changes are also free of charge. Major changes (e.g., changing illustrations, etc.) may incur additional fees. We also reuse packaging materials in support of environmental protection. ★ If products are damaged due to logistics, please take photos as evidence immediately and send them to us. Thank you very much~ 🔔 Color Variation Colors appear differently on screens versus printed material due to different color gamuts. ★ Screen colors are RGB → displayed via light, resulting in more vibrant and bright colors. ★ Printing colors are CMYK → ink cannot reproduce certain bright colors, so printed results will be less saturated than what is seen on screen. Such color differences are normal. Printed output color variations cannot be measured against a client's screen. Differences in paper types, batches of ink, and humidity on the day of printing will affect color reproduction. If you have precise requirements for color, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Custom products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. Failure to collect your order is subject to retrospective charges under the Consumer Protection Act. According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers of remote or door-to-door transactions may rescind the contract within 7 days of receiving the product or service without providing a reason or bearing any costs. However, the proviso in the same paragraph states that reasonable exceptions exist. The Executive Yuan announced the "Criteria for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind Remote Transactions" effective January 1, 2016, which stipulates in Article 2, Paragraph 2 that "custom-made products requested by consumers" are excluded from the 7-day right of rescission. ⛔️ Custom products are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD). ⛔️ Custom products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period.
