Change the water approximately every two days. When changing the water, trim the stems by 1-2cm at an angle to ensure the flowers can absorb water effectively. Remove any withered leaves or flowers as needed during arrangement. Flowers with shortened stems after trimming can be placed in small glass cups or jam jars for continued enjoyment. To extend the lifespan of the flowers, consider adding a flower preservative, a small amount of bleach (under 1ml per 200ml of water), or a one-yuan coin. ■ Placement Please place the flowers in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight and air conditioning vents, to prolong their freshness. ■ Order Modifications and Cancellations If you need to change your order details, card information, or delivery address, please contact us no later than 12:00 PM, 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date (e.g., for an order scheduled for June 8th delivery, please inform us by 12:00 PM on June 3rd). Requests made after this time cannot be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding. The vase life of fresh flowers is approximately 5-10 days, which may vary depending on the variety and environment. Please care for them appropriately according to your environment to extend their bloom. As fresh flowers and plants are perishable, minor damage or scratches may occur during production and delivery. Slight imperfections are considered within the acceptable range. We appreciate your understanding. Due to the fluctuating availability of floral materials, if a specific flower is out of stock, it will be replaced with a similar one to maintain the overall design integrity and aesthetic. A care instruction card will be included with your order, so you don't need to worry about how to care for the flowers. ■ Delivery Methods For areas near or within the twin Taipei cities: Same-day delivery via Lalamove courier. For farther areas within the twin Taipei cities and other counties/cities: Shipped the day before delivery via HCT (Homeplus Courier Service). (Sunday and Monday deliveries cannot be specified; delivery will be arranged according to the driver's route. We recommend scheduling delivery for an earlier date.) ■ Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure you provide the correct recipient's name and phone number, and confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or inability to contact them, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
