The Tiger-Fish Targeting Kobutori-Risu
The tiger-fish passes by Kobutori-Risu, turns its head around, and flashes a sly grin.
“Wanna go to the sea together?”
Kobutori-Risu doesn’t want to, but is too scared to say no and follows reluctantly.
Sure, the tiger part is scary—but honestly, the fish body is even more unsettling.
When they arrive at the sea, the tiger-fish dives straight into the water.
Kobutori-Risu watches from the shore.
“Is this… some kind of performance?”
The tiger-fish returns, holding a sea cucumber in its mouth.
It drops it right in front of Kobutori-Risu.
Then, with a big smile, the tiger-fish looks at Kobutori-Risu.
“Am I supposed to eat this…?”
“Sorry, I actually prefer sunflower seeds.”
Hearing this, the tiger-fish replies:
“What are you, a Major Leaguer!?”
And then—
BWAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Apparently pleased with his own punchline, he bursts into laughter and disappears back into the sea.
Kobutori-Risu picks up the sea cucumber and tosses it into the ocean.
It flies in a beautiful arc, far into the distance.
From far away, a voice echoes back—
“What are you, a Major Leaguer!?”
