**▎Important Notes for Bringing Your Furry Friends**
As there is no additional charge for pets, please ensure you adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Bring your pet's life vest and leash.
2. Please trim your pet's nails before the activity to prevent scratches on the equipment.
3. It is best if your pet has some swimming experience or is not afraid of water/prone to scratching (there is a possibility of them falling into the water).

**▎Refund Policy**
A. Cancellation by Customer
1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Cancellations made 5 days or more before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are eligible for a 50% refund.
4. Cancellations made 2 days or less before the activity date (excluding the departure date) are not eligible for a refund.
B. Cancellation by Organizer
1. If the organizer cancels the activity, a full refund will be provided (no handling fee deducted).
2. If the activity is canceled prior to commencement due to force majeure events such as weather or national policies, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting a handling fee of NT$100 per person.
3. If the activity is canceled at the event site due to force majeure events such as weather, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting a handling fee of NT$100 per person.

▴ We will take photos and videos throughout the entire activity as records for participants to cherish.
For official promotion, we will periodically and randomly select photos/videos to upload to our fan page, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
