-If canceled more than 14 days before the event, a full refund will be issued
-If canceled 8 to 13 days before the event, 50% of the fee will be refunded

- If you are unable to participate due to illness, you can contact the designer to postpone the event until the end of the month at the latest.
-Only those aged 12 or above can sign up for this event (classroom space is limited, please do not bring companions, children or pets with you)
-Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are unable to complete the work due to lateness, no refunds will be issued.
-If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, the organizer will proactively contact you for an extension or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the event venue will be the class opening and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants.
-If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given
-The experience activities will be photographed as needed and uploaded to the community after the event. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the organizer at the event and we will take note and make special arrangements.
